Shipping policy

Stock Service Products:

If in physically in stock, then dispatch will be 2-4 days from receipt of order. If not physically in stock, then  dispatch will be 21-28 days from receipt of order.

Made to Order Products:

These are only available to commercial wholesale customers. As they are made to order and taking into account the normal manufacturing period, we aim to deliver to our customers within a 50 to 80 day period, from receipt of a firm order. All received orders will be confirmed by us with agreed prices and a delivery period dates.

In the event of delays in dispatches due to un-for-seen circumstances, then customers will be contacted by email to advise them of this at the time that we become aware of this delay
